If you are thinking of letting a Property or are thinking about buying a Property to let out then you have come to the right place. We have over 15 years experience in letting our own and other peoples properties, so we are well placed to give you good advice. Letting property is not without problems and risks, but with with proper advice and help you make this type of "investment" less risky and more financially rewarding. Thats where we come in! We will cover the following points as part of our service:- We'll help you do your "figures"........ The question is:- ......... Is it worth your while letting?...... For many recent new entrants into "buy to let".... its not! We will give you a REALISTIC market rental value, not a "made up" one just to get your property on our books. We can also help research your Market.... if your buying from scratch. Give you advice on improvements, alterations and furnishings. Find you workmen for your maintenace jobs and repairs, if needed. We will also advise on the safety checks and other legal obligations. Should you need it, we can also give you advice on tax. We will find you suitable tenants and collect all rents. Our charge for the above is currently 10% of all rents collected, no VAT. We do not charge you a "set up" fee or "re contracting signing" fee. |
